I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and have spent many summers right her at the Jersey Shore.  It felt only natural when I married to move to New Jersey.  Lou was raised in South Jersey, the Hammonton Area. 

We purchased our investment property in 1995.  Originally Academy was our rental agent.   Then permanently moving here in 2000, we aquired our real estate license.  Both Lou and I decide to join the team at Academy.  This choice was perfect, the smaller office with a family touch, and personal one on one service.  We continue this dedicated, professional and personal service to all our clients!

We have experience in both Sales and Rentals (tenant, landlord and agent)!   The small investment in Ocean City changed our lives and has brought us many happy memories and continues to do so today!
